Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels Sprouts shaved
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º
- Trim Brussels Sprouts
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl to coat
- Spread on baking sheet
- Bake 30-40 minutes, checking every 10-15 minutes to remove crispy leaves and turn sprouts
