Early Morning Shuttle
5:55am, the final leg starts with waiting for the airport shuttle.
What you need isn’t always what you want
Well – it wasn’t the trip to San Francisco I’d wanted – but just like some festivals, we might not get what we want, but we get what we need. This afternoon was naps and writing – it apparently takes a full week to let go and really let the writing creativity open up. I want to work on being able to have that without flying 1/2 way around the world.
There’s so much to write about this trip – personal revelations, cultural differences, details of geography. Just lots. The big take-away is obvious though – there is something to be learned in every moment. Also, it takes more than just labels, slogans, or intentions to form communities and societies.
