Airplane Food – OZ602 – SYD-ICN

So – it’s 3pm on the east coast and while it’s still Friday, it’s been 24 hours since I woke up in Sydney. The current position has us somewhere between the Comstock and Pratt seamounts, still about 3 hours out from San Francisco. And now, the food porn from the first Asiana flight.

A canapé of grilled scallop with avocado
An appetizer of prosciutto and rock melon with mixed greens
Itty bitty bottles of balsamic vinaigrette
Spinach and potato soup
Pan fried hake served with a saffron dill cream sauce, sautéed cabbage and carrot
A cheese course with cheddar, blue, and Camembert
The view over northeastern Australia
Crossing the equator back to the northern hemisphere
